Meet Irma

Founder, Legacy Real Estate Institute, LLC · M.Ed. · Texas Real Estate Broker

With more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Irma brings proven leadership, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach to every transaction. She founded and owned the first RE/MAX Commercial Division in Texas and successfully operated three commercial real estate offices in Dallas, Rockwall, and Grand Prairie. Today, she serves as Real Estate Broker for C&C Asset Advisors, where she specializes in guiding clients through complex investments and high-level portfolio strategies.

Irma is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse clientele. Her areas of expertise include investment acquisitions, strategic portfolio management, development, and contract negotiations. She is known for her integrity, market knowledge, and commitment to protecting her clients’ best interests.

In addition to her extensive industry experience, Irma holds a Master of Education from East Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership in Education. Her academic background strengthens her strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, benefiting both her clients and professional colleagues.

Irma holds a Real Estate Broker’s License, CDEI certification, and an Insurance License. She is also a certified real estate instructor and a member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association.

For the five years prior to launching Legacy Real Estate Institute, she served as an online real estate instructor for Realtor Academy and Kaplan University, teaching the full real estate curriculum and helping aspiring agents build the knowledge and confidence needed to launch successful careers.

Dalton Carabajal

Principal, C&C Asset Advisors, LLC

A decade-plus building real estate and construction in tandem — residential, investment, and commercial, from the ground up.

Dalton founded C&C to advise with the discernment of an operator, not the urgency of a salesperson. For over a decade he has worked real estate and construction in tandem — starting inside an investment and management company before branching off on his own. Licensed since 2019, he has worked every part of the business from the ground up: residential, investment, and commercial.

He previously owned and operated a residential general contracting business, and today manages active commercial construction across Dallas–Fort Worth — shell finishes, build-outs, and tenant interiors — coordinating directly with owners, brokers, and asset managers. That field-level command of how buildings actually get built informs every assignment the firm takes on.
