Continuing Education

Stay licensed and stay sharp with TREC-approved CE renewal packages.

Continuing Education

Overview

Your real estate license must be renewed every two years if you are a sales agent or broker. Certain continuing education courses are required as part of the renewal process and others are electives at your discretion. We offer everything you need to complete your 18 hours of required education for every two-year renewal period — including the required TREC Legal Update I and II courses, elective courses to meet your 10-hour elective requirement, and contract-related coursework for the mandatory 3-hour requirement. And if you have become a supervisor in the past six months, we have your required 6-hour Broker Responsibility Course. We are your one-stop shop for Texas real estate continuing education online.

  • Complete 90 hours of post-licensing (SAE) education by the expiration of the initial licensing period (the end of your first two years).
  • Complete 4 hours of TREC's Legal Update I.
  • Complete 4 hours of TREC's Legal Update II.
  • Agents who have been made a supervisor by their broker must also complete the 6-hour Broker Responsibility Course.
